About my practice
I am a certified Jungien Analyst, member of the SFPA and the International Association for Analytical Psychology.
I am also a psychotherapist and clinical psychologist, holding a Master 2 in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapies from the University of Paris 8.
Since 2016, I have been practising in Paris:
My psychoanalytic approach is Jungian, grounded in a contemporary and living understanding of its concepts and methods.
My psychotherapeutic approach is integrative: primarily psychoanalytic in orientation, shaped by my training and sensibility, it has also drawn on other approaches that have influenced the way I work.
The support I offer adapts to the singularity of each person, taking into account the whole of their personality and psychic life, both conscious and unconscious.
Rigour and creativity are at the heart of my practice.
Who I work with
I work with adults, adolescents in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis.
I support people experiencing psychological distress or who have been through traumatic events.
I am experienced in working with expats and people facing cultural adjustment issues or living in a multicultural environment.
I also work with people going through periods of transition, or seeking a deeper sense of self and meaning.
How We Can Work Together
In psychotherapy, the work begins with the evocation of your present experience, in its concrete and immediate expression, as well as with the account of your life history. Particular attention is given to your emotional and relational life, and to working through trauma, whether recent and/or long-standing. Together, we will seek to uncover both the root of your difficulties and your potential, along with your sources of creativity.
When the work takes the form of a psychoanalysis, it centres on listening to and elaborating what emerges form the unconscious. An inner journey towards a more authentic way of being.
Sessions last 45 minutes and take place either face to face or on the couch, at a frequency of one or two sessions per week.
An initial session will allow us to meet, to talk, and to decide together how we might continue. This is also when we can address all the questions relating to the framework: frequency, scheduling, fees, and so on.
